What a serene location, love the mature trees and lake views. It looks like a very open floor plan. What is the square footage? Does it have a dock?

Thanks for the comments. The home has over 4300 sq. feet with the finished lower level.  It has TWO docks and a boat lift.  One of those homes I would like to live in myself.

Pat, looks awesome. A place to just get away, relaxing and spacious. Best wishes on a quick sale.

Tanya---Thanks for your comments.  We did have a stager come in to help out, but these sellers had done nearly everything right.  Very little left for the stager!
