Beautiful listing, Pat. It also shows the owner gave thought to the type of appliances to install. We bought a KitchenAid dishwasher because it has the highest marks in Consumer Reports. Some people just buy a Bosch because they think higher-end designer appliances are better but they never check them out. An owner who thinks long term and investigates probably takes good care of the home, which is a good selling point for buyers.
